The colophon runs thus: ἐτελειώθη διὰ χειρὸς ἐμου̑ Ἰωάννου του̑ σερβοπούλου . χρόνω του̑ κυρίου ἡμω̑ν Ἰησου̑ χριστου̑ χιλιοστω̑ τετρακοσιοστω̑ ογδοηκοστω̑ ἐνάτω . ὀκτοβρίω ἐνάτη εἰς τὸ ῥαδήγκ (i.e. Reading).
