At the top of f.1Alexi (?) Galloway (xvi). At the bottom Collegii abnĚ…d (Aberdon.) ex dono Mgri Hectoris Bois primi primarii eiusdem. There are occasional marginal notes in Hector Boiss' hand.

Gale used this MS. for his edition of the work (1691). It is described as No. 16 in Skene's edition 1871. A facsimile of f.1 is in National MSS. of Scotland II. pl. LXX.I. Fordun's Scotichronicon.
