At the top of f.1 is:
ὁ ἐρανίσας τὸ παρὸν θεοδόσιος ἐστίν ὁ μικρός.
ὑπόθεσις του̑ περὶ πρέσβεων τεύχους ῥωμαίων πρὸς ἐθνικούς.
προοίμιον
Ὅσοι τω̑ν πάλαι ποτὲ βασιλέων.
The first Excerpt from Petrus Patricius begins on f.3.
Ὅτι βαλλεριανὸς εὐλαβηθεὶς.
The last, from Theophylactus Simocatta.
